The New Legacy Cultural Center (NLCC) proudly participated in the 2025 Lexington Discovery Day, bringing vibrant cultural energy and family-friendly activities to the town center. Despite the rainy weather, the NLCC booth drew large crowds with its engaging cultural performances, interactive games, and arts activities.
Highlights included student demonstrations, hands-on experiences such as Go (Weiqi), Chinese yo-yo, shuttlecock kicking, and calligraphy, as well as opportunities for visitors to learn about NLCC’s Mandarin programs and community events.
The performances by NLCC students and teachers captivated audiences and showcased the beauty of Chinese culture, reflecting the organization’s mission of “Connecting Cultures, Creating Community.” The event once again demonstrated NLCC’s strong presence and growing role in fostering cultural exchange and community engagement in Lexington.
